In February of 2023 I sustained a broken wrist as a result of a slip and fall at my local plaza. I had no experience in dealing with legal matters, so I am very thankful to have had Kevin and Lynda by my side to guide me through the process of bringing forth a claim. Lynda returned my call at once and within days I had an in-person consultation with her and Kevin. I was struck by how meticulously Kevin took notes in long hand detailing all of my information, letting me speak in my own voice about what had happened. When I waffled on going forward with the claim he walked me through all of my fears and assured me I had every right to be fairly compensated. He also brought to my attention that my husband could put forth a spousal claim for compensation to which he was also entitled. Kevin never made unrealistic promises and he and Lynda kept me up to date on every correspondence about my claim. I felt confident that all of his recommendations had my best interests at heart. I found Kevin's website by accident. I was watching videos on Know Your Rights ONgov. I saw his link, listened and immediately emailed his firm. Within 10 after sending the email Lynda called me!
